This depends on when the account was delivered to the client. An order can be obtained on requisition within one month from delivery of the account. Although the account was dated the first of the month, it may not have been delivered before the seventh day of the month. Also, it will be necessary to ensure that there is no dispute as to retainer and no special circumstances.
