L. Murray Eades Retires - With the Peel Lifetime Achievement Award
After 60 years as a lawyer, Murray Eades has retired as of December 31, 2018.
Murray began his practice in Toronto, where he worked in two firms before establishing his own practice and then moving to Mississauga. He became an authority on Transportation Law as part of his extensive corporate/commercial practice and acted for United Van Lines since 1962. Murray moved his practice to Lawrences in 2017 and has been counsel to the firm since that time.
The partners at Lawrences are delighted to announced that Murray has been selected as the 2019 recipient of the Peel Law Association Lifetime Achievement Award. This is a fitting tribute to Murray’s long and distinguished career in Peel Region. All of us at Lawrences wish Murray a long and happy retirement, with thanks for all his contributions to the practice of law.
Former clients of L. Murray Eades are most welcome to contact Michael Luchenski for ongoing legal services.
