The developer may make changes to the Disclosure documentation provided to a Buyer at the time the Agreement of Purchase and Sale is first signed. A Buyer receiving such new documentation from the developer should review the documentation immediately to determine where it differs from the original Disclosure provided. If the changes are material, a Buyer may have the right to cancel the contract.
