Upon rescission, the franchisor is legally obligated to repay the franchisee all money it received from the franchisee, repurchase from the franchisee all the supplies and equipment that the franchisee had purchased, and compensate the franchisee for any other losses that the franchisee incurred in acquiring setting up and operating the franchise.
