Munish is an associate in Lawrences’ Business Law Group. Before joining Lawrences, with a combined degree in law and business, Munish gained business law experience during summer, internship and articling positions with various organizations, including KPMG, Unilever Canada, and Target Canada.
Munish’s practice focuses on all aspects of private corporate and commercial law. He advises owner-managed businesses on a wide-range of matters, including business acquisitions and divestitures, business structures, shareholder and partnership arrangements, corporate finance and security, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance.
At law school, Munish was lead negotiator for the Canadian team in the Canada/U.S. Law Institute Business Law Case Competition. He also volunteered with Western Community Legal Services as a caseworker. As a business student, he participated in the Ivey Community Consulting Project, which, among other things, involved advising a national charity on a potential revenue plan in London, Ontario.
