Kiran is an associate in Lawrences’ Litigation Group, practicing general civil litigation. Her work to date has included estates litigation, regulatory offences, corporate and commercial litigation, and assessments of costs.
SIGNIFICANT CASES/MATTERS
• Assisted in drafting material in relation to a factually complex membership dispute within a not-for-profit corporation.
• Successfully argued before the Small Claims Court that a bill of sale is final and binding upon the buyer of a used vehicle.
• Drafted materials for use at various levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and appeared in various levels of court to advocate on behalf of clients.
