Assisted with drafting materials for use on two factually complex appeals, each involving subdivisions in Southern Ontario, that were decided in favour of clients
Successfully argued before the Provincial Offences Court that the order a municipality was seeking under Provincial Legislation was excessively harsh, obtaining a more favourable result for the client
Drafted materials for use at various levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and appeared in various levels of court to advocate on behalf of clients
